Currently, we specialize in grooming toy and small dog breeds under 30 lbs. This includes breeds like Shih Tzu, Maltese, Pomeranian, Yorkie, Bichon Frise, Chihuahua, and similar breeds.

Pet Grooming Policy & Guidelines

Appointment Cancellations & No-Shows

*Please cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance to allow us to accommodate other dogs in need of grooming.
*Failure to cancel or a no-show will result in a $35 fee, which must be paid before scheduling your next appointment.

Drop-Off & Pick-Up Procedures

*Dogs should be dropped off 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
*Dogs must be in a carrier during drop-off; off-leash dogs are not permitted.
*Please walk your dog for 30 minutes prior to drop-off and avoid feeding them 3 hours before their appointment.
*Dogs should be picked up 45 minutes after we contact you. Note that some grooming may take longer than the estimated time.

Health & Safety

*Inform the groomer of any health issues, rashes, allergies, ticks, ear infections, or if your dog is in heat.
*If your female dog is in heat, we recommend waiting until her cycle is complete.
*For dogs with allergies, owners are encouraged to bring their own shampoo and conditioner.

Additional  Information
*This is a drop-off location only.
*Please be a responsible pet owner and clean up after your pet.
*Late pick-ups will incur a $25 fee.
